dc.description.abstract	The paper is in the form of a case study, in it the researchers used APC-Ireland, a subsidiary of the American Power Conversion (APC) Corporation. The Corporation entered a major period of transition in the first quarter of 2007 with completion of its acquisition by Schneider Electric. The case study was to see how the concept of Diological Action Research could be used in practical situations using the above company.	en
